All parrots need toys. Toys will keep it form getting bored.

Parrots generally take some time to get used to a new toy, so do not hang its whole cage full of new toys! Introduce new toys one at a time, but do give them a variety of toys.

You don’t need to buy expensive toys; they love pieces of leather, non-poisonous wood (painted with non-poisonous paint or food coloring, but NO varnish!), hard plastic toys, chains and bells.

You could also give them twigs of fruit trees, like apple or fig trees.

Do not give them a mirror as this will encourage them to bond with the mirror instead of you!

Make sure your little fellow will not get entangled in its toys and get stressed!

Keep your parrot's toys clean. Wash it when necessary.
